Material: High Purity Fiberglass Cloth with Phenolic Resin
Surface material: Black Paper or non-woven cloth.
The first step is to dye the fiberglass black(the fiberglass cloth we main have three cloth, such as number 04, 08 and 11),and add a layer of black paper.
The second step is to press the fiberglass cloth into a circle with a model machine, and punch a metal hole ring on the fiberglass cloth. We also two metal rings.
The third step is to compact fiberglass cloth on aluminum plate, then put the fiberglass cloth and aluminum in the oven for about eight hours. Then it will become fiberglass backing plate.
The fourth step is to remove the hardened fiberglass cloth ( fiberglass backing plate ) from the oven and polish it to remove burrs. The fiberglass backing plate will be better.
The fifth step, staff will check the quality of fiberglass backing plate.

50% T/T in advance, 50% against the BL copy. Others can be further discussed.
